The Navy Gold Star Program is eternally grateful for the sacrifice of those Service Members who have died in service to our country. To help us to never forget, we have set up this tribute page to honor and remember the memory of those lives. Throughout his service with the Navy, Luke practiced the qualities of being a hospital man in his compassion, service dedication and kind demeanor.  He was born April 14, 1990 in Vietnam and died August 19, 2014 at Beaufort SC.
