The Navy Gold Star Program is eternally grateful for the sacrifice of those Service Members who have died in service to our country. To help us to never forget, we have set up this tribute page to honor and remember the memory of those lives. Oscar was an amazing husband, a devoted father, a loving son, and a comical brother. He wore is heart on his sleeve and he immensely loved his family. He was dedicated to his job as a Master at Arms in the Navy and always did his job with integrity and dignity. He was always making people laugh and smile anywhere he went, and he loved and enjoyed life to the fullest.
